As an Assistant Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, formulating sales strategies, and fostering long-term relationships with key clients to maximize revenue and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement aggressive sales plans to achieve revenue and market share growth
- Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure optimum performance and professional development
- Adeptly handle key client accounts and negotiate contracts to secure business
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and evaluate competitor activity
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to inform strategy and decision-making
- Participate in promotional events and trade shows to enhance the hotel’s visibility
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality sector, with at least 2 years in a managerial roleStrong understanding of sales principles and customer service practicesExcellent leadership and team management skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in using hotel management software and CRM systemsFluency in English is essential; proficiency in Indonesian is preferredStrong analytical skills and the ability to utilize data-driven insights to inform decisionsBenefits
