PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $156,200.00-$190,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $121,200.00 - $225,800.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

The Tech Business Operations Partneris responsible forsupporting diverse business management functions at the department or line of business level within the Technology division. This position will act as a strategic partner to aligned senior leader(s) in the areas of organizational rhythm of business, action tracking and management, executive communications and storytelling, program / project management, and other business management / executive office functions. This role will bring a strategic business mindset, execute business results, and successfully partner with a wide group of stakeholdersdemonstratingcapability for business management, organizational skills, growthmindsetand an ability to execute in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous, and ever-evolving environment.

To join our dynamic team, we require candidates to be residents of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA or VA.  If you’re located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays. For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote. Remote or onsite, we are committed to ensuring you are fully engaged and included in our collaborative environment

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

Strategic Collaboration : Partner with divisional leaders to support the execution of organizational strategies, streamline business routines, and align processes with technology goals.

Operational Coordination : Manage the rhythm of the business by organizing reviews, communications, and engagement activities that promote transparency and operational efficiency.

Business Insight Development : Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decisions related to staffing, strategy, governance, and budget planning.

Executive Communication : Create clear, compelling narratives and visual materials that effectively communicate complex topics to a variety of audiences.

Project and Program Oversight : Lead and manage special projects and programs, applying sound judgment and best practices in change management to ensure successful outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement : Represent divisional leadership in meetings and communications, fostering alignment and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Process Optimization : Identifyand implement improvements to business management and executive office processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Alignment : Build andmaintainstrong working relationships across teams to support business priorities and ensure consistent communication of leadershipobjectives.

Business Understanding : Maintaina comprehensive understanding of the business landscape to provide informed recommendations andsupportevolving priorities.

Adaptability and Support : Take onadditionalresponsibilities as needed,demonstratingflexibility and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

At least10 years of experience in roles such as executive office operations, business operations, program or project management, or similar functions.

Proficiencyin Microsoft 365 tools, including Office, Teams, and SharePoint, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.

Experience developing executive-level communications and presentations, with proficiency in presentation software and data analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications :

Advanced degree in business, communications, or a relateddiscipline

Experience working in complex, matrixed, and fast-paced environments, withdemonstratedability to apply analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving in situations that may lack clear direction.

Proficiencyin verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey complex and technical information in a clear and business-relevant manner.

Demonstrated technicalproficiencyand strategic thinking, with the ability to assess challenges,identifyopportunities, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.
