Chief Accountant

Summary

You will be responsible for supervising and overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, the general ledger, credit, and all related areas, ensuring the efficient operation of the department in accordance with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.

The Chief Accountant assists Director of Finance to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Finance Department within the Accounts and General Division.

Qualifications:

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Finance, or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification would be an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Chief Accountant or Senior Accountant in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
