Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with decision makers, fleet managers, and system users and manage all services related to Key Accounts
- Establish good rapport and trust through proactive engagement
- Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities for upselling
- Resolve customer enquiries or issues from all channels, and ensure proper follow-up to final resolution within the stipulated time frame
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives
- Identify and implement new strategies for increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention by going above and beyond expectations
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in Key Accounts / Customer Success / Account Management / Business Development (farming) within B2B industries preferredPrior experience in upselling and retention preferredProven track record of successfully managing key accounts and fostering long-term relationships with clientsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to clientsProficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution, with the ability to address customer issues promptly and professionallyAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentExperience with CRM software and other tools for managing customer accounts is a plusMust be fluent in EnglishSeniority level
