We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Key Account Executive to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with decision makers, fleet managers, and system users and manage all services related to Key Accounts
  • Establish good rapport and trust through proactive engagement
  • Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities for upselling
  • Resolve customer enquiries or issues from all channels, and ensure proper follow-up to final resolution within the stipulated time frame
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives
  • Identify and implement new strategies for increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention by going above and beyond expectations
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Key Accounts / Customer Success / Account Management / Business Development (farming) within B2B industries preferred
  • Prior experience in upselling and retention preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and fostering long-term relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to clients
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution, with the ability to address customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM software and other tools for managing customer accounts is a plus
  • Must be fluent in English
