Production Supervisor

Overview

Conduct investigation in production area regarding quality deviations and customer complaint and ensure the fulfilment of corrective and preventive actions are carried out on time. Responsible for the process and results, also inspection in Production Solid Area. Monitoring the fulfillment documentation management, tracking, and completeness document of evidence implementation improve and preventive from audit result / inspection. Improve processing effectively and efficient and ensure that all of processing have been documented properly in accordance with regulations

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations in production areas regarding quality deviations and customer complaints and ensure corrective and preventive actions are carried out on time.
• Responsible for the process and results, including inspection in Production Solid Area.
• Monitor fulfillment documentation management, tracking, and completeness of evidence implementation for improvement and preventive actions from audit results / inspection.
• Improve processing to be efficient and effective and ensure all processing is documented properly in accordance with regulations.
