R&D Supervisor - Food Manufacture - Karawang (B- )

Job Responsibilities

• Apply previous experience and knowledge specific to the seasoning industry in daily tasks and long-term development projects.
• Serve as a liaison for consultations with BPOM regarding food regulations and standards.
• Ensure all product development complies with Halal standards and relevant food safety regulations.
• Ensure that all developed products meet internal and external standards through sensory evaluation and physical analysis.
• Conduct laboratory-scale sample preparation for new seasoning products.
• Research and evaluate new raw materials to enhance or develop new products.
• Prepare and support pilot and large-scale production trials by accurately registering new raw materials.
• Develop and implement appropriate weighing and production procedures for each product.
• Perform accurate costing calculations for new product development, considering raw material prices, processing costs, and scalability.
• Supervise and guide R&D staff in daily activities, providing support, direction, and performance feedback as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned.
