Uraian Tugas

Organize and direct all activities related to IT Infrastructure projects.

Prepare budget approval papers for Infrastructure projects and present them to relevant management.

Prepare monthly IT and SLA reports for relevant entities.

Regularly monitor IT infrastructure projects with related parties.

Proactively communicate and report all project statuses, issues, and risks to management.

Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to discuss issues with users.

Demonstrate strong project management skills.

Knowledge of IT network / infrastructure is an advantage.

Exhibit good teamwork and adaptability.

Experience in IT operations and service delivery or project management.

Have 3–4 years of relevant experience.
