Job Description

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to incorporate key inputs and align on forecasted demand.
Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust demand plans in response to market changes, customer trends, and inventory levels.
Participate and lead monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to communicate forecast updates and recommendations.
Stay updated on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to enhance demand planning accuracy.

Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field. Ideally with experience coming from manufacturing company at least 5 years

Agile & Willing to learn

Have a deep interest and enthusiasm global supply chain.

Comfortable being an individual contributor / team player.

Project management experience to drive improvement initiatives

Well developed influencing skills and is able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
