Overview

PT HOGO Shipping Indonesia is seeking a Tax staff to join our team in Cakung, East Jakarta. Office hours are Monday–Friday (08 : 00 AM – 17 : 00 PM). The base pay range is provided by PT HOGO Shipping Indonesia and your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience; speak with your recruiter to learn more.

Currently #HOGOShippingIndonesia is seeking a staff for Tax position to join our dynamic team at PT. HOGO Shipping Indonesia at Cakung, East Jakarta. Office hour Monday- Friday (08 : 00AM - 17 : 00PM)

Responsibilities

Preparing and submitting monthly reports, such as PPN reports and annual PPh reports for individuals and corporations.

Creating VAT Invoice and bupot PPh 23, in coordination with Operation team

Preparing reconciliation of tax reports and book records

Qualifications

Have a minimum of 1 year experience in Freight Forwarding Company

Minimal Bachelor Degree in Accounting

Familiar with Monthly and Annual Tax Payable Reports

Able to work within tight deadlines & teamwork

Calculate and Deposit Pot Tax / Put PPh and VAT

Able to Operate E-Invoicing, CoreTax

Intermediate skill in Ms Excel

Have an in-depth understanding of tax regulations

Manage company taxation and be able to identify company taxation needs

Minimal age 24 to 35 years
