Engineering Staff~Manager (Manufacturing)

Job Description

• Responsible in maintenance activities (preventive and corrective) to ensure optimal machine performance and minimal downtime.
• Monitor and control equipment quality, ensuring compliance with internal standards and customer requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvement to enhance productivity, safety, and cost-efficiency.
• Evaluate and select appropriate machine tools and equipment based on production needs, technological feasibility, and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain detailed documentation for equipment, maintenance schedules, improvement projects, and cost analyses.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and other related departments to resolve technical issues and implement effective engineering solutions.

Job Requirement

・Minimum Bachelor's degree majoring in Engineering ・Active English skills

・Minimum 5 years of working experience as an Engineer in a Japanese Automotive or Machinery companies

・Familiarity and proven ability in Kaizening in the production team

・Proactive, detail oriented, and good communication skill

・Willing to work in Cenrtal Java
