Marketing Assistant Manager~Manager (Palembang) - Leasing

Job Description

- Lead Palembang Branch Team - Oversee Sales, Admin, Reporting, Collection, and Repossession. - Prospect new customers and gather required leasing documents. - Maintain strong relationships with Heavy Equipments suppliers, truck dealers, and lessees. - Submit progress and visit reports to HQ. - Handle credit application process - Prepare credit memo (business summary, financial analysis) - Coordinate leasing contract - Secure additional documents/payments for PO issuance and disbursement - Coordinate with relevant departments - Maintain internal filing and safeguard confidential documents. - Monitor monthly rental collections and handle overdue cases (including rescheduling if needed).

Job Requirement

・Bachelor’s degree from any major ・English: Intermediate (spoken & written) ・5+ years in Leasing Industry, with 3+ years in Heavy Equipment leasing
