The Campaign Manager at Supermom is responsible for end-to-end campaign ownership, acting as the main client contact and ensuring smooth execution from planning to delivery. This role translates client objectives into actionable strategies, manages timelines, and drives lead generation across paid and organic channels. By closely collaborating with internal teams— Performance Marketing, CRM, Community, Data, and Creative—the Campaign Manager ensures campaigns are aligned, optimized, and results-driven. With strong focus on performance tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement, the role plays a key part in delivering high-quality leads, maximizing ROI, and strengthening client partnerships.

Job Descriptions :

Campaign Ownership & Client Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned campaigns, ensuring smooth client communication, alignment on goals, and progress updates.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable strategies, setting clear deliverables, KPIs, and expected outcomes.
  • Manage campaign timelines, ensuring all stakeholders (internal teams, clients, vendors) stay aligned and campaigns launch on time.
  • Conduct campaign kick-offs, check-ins, and post-mortem reviews with clients, providing performance insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Handle problem-solving & escalation management when campaign adjustments or optimizations are needed.

Lead Generation & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and execute data-driven lead generation strategies across channels.
  • Work closely with Performance Marketing teams to ensure Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads are optimized for maximum reach and efficiency.
  • Oversee organic lead activation efforts via partnerships, referrals, and external outreach channels.
  • Coordinate with Community to drive high-quality community-based lead fulfillment.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Continuously monitor lead quality, conversion rates, and cost-per-lead (CPL) to optimize campaign efficiency.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve targeting, engagement, and conversion strategies.
  • Collaborate with the CRM & Data Management Specialist to track lead conversion and optimize post-lead activation strategies.
  • A / B test creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies to improve lead engagement and lower CPL.
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaborations

  • Work closely with internal teams (Performance Marketing, CRM, Community, Data, Creative) to ensure campaign alignment and execution.
  • Provide feedback to designers & content teams to ensure ad creatives and campaign materials resonate with the target audience.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration with the CRM team to drive lead nurturing & conversion tracking efforts.
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and report campaign performance metrics, including CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Develop and present weekly / monthly performance reports with key insights and recommendations.
  • Continuously improve campaign strategies by identifying new growth opportunities, audience segments, and channel optimizations.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in campaign management, performance marketing, or client-facing account management roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and lead generation strategies.
  • Proven ability to translate client objectives into actionable campaign strategies with clear KPIs and deliverables.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in campaign performance tracking, data analysis, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead conversion tracking is a strong plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and client management skills, with the ability to lead meetings, present insights, and build strong relationships.
  • Collaborative team player with experience working cross-functionally across marketing, creative, data, and community teams.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in driving continuous campaign improvement and innovation.
