  • Proven experience in handling expat affairs and international travel logistics.

Our client is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, and experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive support to our Director, who manages both local and international operations. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can think on their feet, and is able to handle a mix of professional and personal tasks with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support:

    • Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings (both local and international).

    • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

    • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.

  • Travel & Logistics:

    • Arrange complex international and domestic travel itineraries, accommodations, and visas.

    • Coordinate airport pickups, transport, and travel expenses.

    • Prepare detailed travel briefs and handle last-minute changes efficiently.

  • Expat Management:

    • Support expat relocation processes including housing, permits, and local registration.

    • Assist in navigating local systems (e.g., healthcare, banking, utilities).

    • Act as the point of contact for expatriate-related matters.

  • Personal & Household Management:

    • Handle personal errands and family-related tasks.

    • Manage household staff schedules, events, and maintenance coordination.

    • Plan and support private functions or social engagements.

  • Office Support (Ad Hoc):

    • Manage confidential documents and records.

    • Assist with small projects, research, or business-related personal interests.
