We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with a strong background in educational technology and experience in targeting K-12 schools in Indonesia. This role combines sales acumen with creative proficiency to drive success in our marketing and sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Sales Development : Identify and reach out to potential clients in the K-12 sector, generate leads, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
- EdTech Solutions Presentation : Leverage your knowledge of educational technology to present and tailor solutions that meet the needs of K-12 schools.
- Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape in the Indonesian K-12 sector, leveraging this information to enhance sales strategies.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure
- consistency in branding and messaging.
- Reporting : Track and report on sales activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Training & Development : Stay updated on industry trends, educational technology advancements to continuously improve the understanding of the target customers and sales techniques.
Requirements
Experience : Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge with K12 school services.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills using Indonesian Language, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.Customer-Centric : Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.About 1840 & Company
