Uraian Tugas

Product Development and Certificate Specialist

Overview : Role focused on achieving required certificates for electronic home appliances (SNI, SHE, K3L, etc.) and supporting related product development and regulatory activities.

Responsibilities

Achieve required certificate for electronic home appliance (SNI, SHE, K3L, etc).
Communicate with LSPRO & Korea Head Office (R&D team) in English.
Set up and execute annual factory audit with LSPRO.
Check and analyze new regulations regarding electronic home appliances.
Manage internal after-sales service team and provide solutions to problems.
Market research and market analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

Fluency in English.

Positive attitude, detail-oriented, punctual, and good multitasking and organizational ability.

Proven working experience in related field.

Adequate knowledge of acquiring certificates (SNI) and electronic home appliances.

Responsible for local product sourcing and certification.

More than 3 years of experience in developing new products including achieving certificates.
