Uraian TugasBachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail (Commerce); 10+ years of experience as ERP Functional Consultant, especially in Retail module Strong understanding of retail business processes and operations. Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 are highly desirable. About Our Client
Our Client is a Retail giant with global manufacturing hub located in East Java, Indonesia; they are undergoing a massive ERP migration to MS Dynamics D365.
Job Description
- Lead and participate in Dynamics 365 Retail implementations and upgrades.
- Analyze business processes and requirements to design functional solutions.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Retail modules including POS, Store Operations, Inventory, and Pricing.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation.
- Create functional documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and test scripts.
- Conduct workshops and gather requirements from business users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Dynamics 365 Retail.
