Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Operations : Manage day-to-day scheduling of coaching sessions and ensure all operations run efficiently.
• Team Alignment : Coordinate with coaches, support staff, and management to align on goals, priorities, and deliverables.
• Client Relationship Management : Serve as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, feedback, and ensuring a smooth client experience.
• Project Oversight : Monitor ongoing projects, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Process Improvement : Identify gaps in workflows and propose solutions to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
