Base pay range

IDR7,000,000.00 / yr - IDR8,500,000.00 / yr

Job Description

  • Creating and designing brand identities, graphic assets like icons, illustrations, supergraphics, infographics, and all marketing materials.
  • Researching and brainstorming various design ideas for content and marketing.
  • Reviewing work submitted by Junior Designers and providing feedback to the creative manager.
  • Ensuring all designs follow brand guidelines.
  • Collaborating with the product and marketing teams to understand project or campaign requirements.
  • Managing a design style guide to ensure brand consistency.
  • Staying updated on the latest industry developments.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor's degree in Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, UI Designer, or similar role. Outstanding portfolios from Junior Designers will also be considered.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, etc.
  • Familiarity with InDesign, Procreate, or similar software.
  • Knowledge of current visual trends, fonts, and design techniques.
  • Creative mindset with artistic ability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
