Overview

The post-sales scope entails managing the implementation and ongoing support of a product or service after a sale is completed, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, customer training, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term value realization; acting as a technical expert to guide clients through the post-sale process and address any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation and deployment : Overseeing the installation and configuration of the sold product or service at the customer site, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
  • Technical support : Providing technical assistance to customers regarding product usage, troubleshooting issues, and resolving queries.
  • Customer training : Conducting training sessions to educate customers on product features, operation, and best practices.
  • Relationship management : Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Issue resolution : Diagnosing technical problems, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Feedback collection : Gathering customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product development.
  • Documentation and knowledge sharing : Creating and updating technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles to support customers.
  • Project management : Managing post-sale project timelines, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Possess at least a tertiary qualification in Computer Science.
  • Have at least 2 years of working experience in technical cybersecurity.
  • Have effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills to work well with all levels of staff.
  • Be meticulous, pay attention to detail, and follow up.
  • Work well within a team environment and be self-motivated, willing to learn, result-oriented, independent, with a good attitude.
  • Possess a go-getter attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
