Assistant Director of Revenue Management

  • Recommend a solution by defining the physical structure of the database and functional capabilities, database security, data back-up, and recovery specifications.
  • Install a new system or make revisions by proposing specifications and flowcharts; recommend optimal access techniques.
  • Maintain database performance by calculating optimal values for database parameters, deploying the new release, completing the maintenance requirements, evaluating computer operating systems and device products.
  • Support database functions by designing and coding Utility.
  • Maintain service quality by building organizational standards.
  • Establish user needs and monitor access and security user.
  • Monitor performance and manage parameters to provide feedback Quick queries to the front end user.
  • Map out the conceptual design for the planned database broadly speaking.
  • Consider both back-end data organization and accessibility front-end for end users.
  • Further improve the physical design to meet the requirements of system storage.
  • Install and test the latest version of DBMS.
  • Maintain data standards, including compliance with the Law Data Protection Laws.
  • Writing database documentation, including data standards, procedures and Definition for a data dictionary (metadata).
  • Control access permissions and privileges.
  • Develop, manage and test backup plans and Recovery.
  • Ensure that storage, filing, backup and procedures The recovery works correctly.
  • Provide capacity planning.
  • Work closely with IT project managers and application teams.
  • Communicate regularly with technical, application, and operations to ensure the integrity and security of the database.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in database administration
  • Proficiency in multiple database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.
  • Strong understanding of database architecture, design, and implementation
  • Experience with data backup and recovery
  • Experience with performance tuning and optimization
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with database security best practices
