Monitor, control and analyze operation data, processes, procedures and performance, using established continuous improvement techniques in order to identify, prioritize and implement opportunities for improvement in mining projects.

• Promotion of HSE programmes targeting zero work related injuries and illnesses. Zero work related injuries and illnesses are successfully reached.
• Implementation of Petrosea standard Operational Excellence as Mining Operation best practices and establish necessary systems to maintain the improvements, and based on the results continuously adjusts the project strategic action plans. The standards of Petrosea are perfectly implemented.
• Analysis of operational data (such as VHMS, PLM, VIMS, MIC, OpsDB, FMS and etc.) to determine performance or cost issues and work toward solutions which can be delivered to the project. The cost issues are analysed and determined accurately.
• Work in a team and set up benchmarking criteria by which improvements can be measured to develop and follow a specific method / discipline to measure the gap between current process capabilities with the project's goals. Improvement targets and project goals are achieved in a timely manner.
• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities (identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standards, requirements and procedures applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE responsibilities meet the intended outcome.
• Target Zero LTI
• SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Geologist or Geodesy or Civil Engineering
