PLACEMENT : BANDUNG Job Summary Ziswaf Social Campaign Specialist will manage social impact campaigns in West Java, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with foundations and local partners.
The role includes providing regular reports to foundations, ensuring donations are directly channeled to beneficiaries, and monitoring their proper distribution.
The specialist will also oversee campaign optimization and engage in fieldwork to document beneficiary stories.
Strong communication skills and the ability to ensure transparency and accountability in partnerships are key for this role.
Key Responsibility Identifying, approaching, and establishing strong relationships with NGOs, foundations, and local organizations in West Java to create impactful collaborations.
Lead and execute social impact campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and local community needs.
Assist partners in fulfilling their internal needs during campaign execution, ensuring all beneficiary information is accurate and complete.
Actively participate in fieldwork, visiting beneficiary locations, gathering data, and documenting the progress of campaigns.
Ensure the successful distribution of donations and resources to beneficiaries, monitor their usage, and report progress regularly to foundations and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams such as copywriters, content creators, and digital marketing to optimize campaigns and achieve the best possible results.
Work with internal teams to implement and integrate internal programs that can be aligned and collaborated with external campaigns for greater community impact.
Measure and report on the social impact of campaigns, ensuring that goals are met and outcomes are aligned with the needs of the NGO.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalist or related field.
Passionate about social issues or Experience in handling social / non-profit projects Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with local communities.
Ability to build and maintain partnerships with NGOs in West Java.
Assist in optimizing social campaigns for greater impact.
Preferred have knowledge about content creation (photo, video, and copywriting) Must have a valid motorbike license (SIM C) and be willing to travel to remote areas if needed.
Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently or in a team.
