Uraian TugasConducting analysis to the unsecured lending products while giving recommendation to the credit policy changes and business initiatives. Monitoring and regularly maintaining the unsecured lending portfolio. Preparing and maintaining credit policies while ensuring compliance to the internal, external, and government regulations. Maintaining related systems required for credit policy process, including implementation of the said process on any policy changes. Managing project related to system and / or initiatives on unsecured lending products which will impact to the credit policies. Actively identify and supporting sustainable business initiatives along with all stakeholders. At least S1 degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics. At least 3 years of experience in Consumer Banking, in particular unsecured lending such as Credit Card, Personal Loan, and / or BNPL Showcased expertise in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis Solid grasp of credit risk management and project management principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis and processing tools (SAS and Python) and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI Stellar communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
