Uraian TugasBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in collections, credit control, or accounts receivable. Strong communication and negotiation skills. High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP experience is a plus). Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and transactions.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
- Prepare and analyze reports on collection status, aging receivables, and payment trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all collection processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance collection efficiency.
