Head of Sales (Java, Sumatra, Bali, Kalimantan, Sulawesi)

Lead and manage the team responsible for expanding the company’s EV charging infrastructure across Indonesia.

Develop and execute strategic plans to expand charging sites in high-traffic and high-value rental locations.

Identify, approach, and negotiate rental agreements with property owners, malls, transport hubs, and developers.

Ensure all sites meet technical, legal, and operational standards for deployment readiness.

Coordinate closely with engineering, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, developers, and local authorities to accelerate approval processes.

Manage and coach the team to meet performance goals, control budgets, and scale operations efficiently.

Ensure compliance with zoning regulations, building codes, and environmental laws.

Monitor project performance, analyze data, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Represent V-Green at industry events and stay up to date with relevant regulatory and technological developments.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (MBA preferred).

More than 10 years of experience in infrastructure development, real estate, or renewable energy, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.

Domicile in Regional Area

Strong understanding of EV charging infrastructure or the broader energy sector.

Proven experience in site acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.

Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

Familiarity with Indonesian government regulations and approval processes.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Comfortable representing the company and engaging with senior-level stakeholders.

Willing to travel or relocate based on project requirements.
