What this job can offer you

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global payroll space as our Senior Product Manager, Payroll . You will develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points, and work with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that provide an exceptional payroll experience. You will lead development with internal experts across operations, compliance, sales, product marketing, and more to build a scalable payroll platform for 80+ markets worldwide.

What you bring

• Experience as a senior product manager in a multi-product, high-growth scale-up.
• Strong end-to-end payroll and HR process knowledge. Hands-on experience building payroll software is preferred.
• Experience launching AI-powered products or features.
• Strategic prioritization and tactical decision-making skills.
• Data-driven product management with goals and results tracking.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration across operations, business, sales, finance, etc.
• Business-level English proficiency (writing and speaking).
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Can-do attitude with collaborative problem-solving and speed.

Salary context : we use geo ranges to reflect geographic pay differentials as part of a global compensation strategy. The base pay for this role depends on location, skills, experience, and market demand, and may change over time.

We foster internal mobility with a compensation philosophy that guarantees pay equity and fairness. All compensation changes related to internal moves are reviewed by the Total Rewards & People Enablement team on a case-by-case basis.

The annual salary range for this full-time position is $54,900 - $154,400 USD.
