Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting and Finance Manager, located in Gading Serpong. The Accounting and Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial operations of the company. This includes managing the preparation of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, supervising the accounting team, and developing financial strategies to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
