We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Supervisor to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals for our client in logistic company. You will play a key role in expanding their client base and driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events.
