Job Description

As CTO, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the company''s technology vision, driving innovation, and enabling digital transformation across all business units. You will lead a diverse team of technologists and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure technology delivers measurable business value. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a balance of technical depth, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills.

Technology Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a forward-looking technology strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, including modernization of legacy systems and adoption of cloud, AI, and data analytics.
  • Oversee architecture, infrastructure, software development, and IT operations.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board, and senior leadership on technology matters.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across business, operations, risk, and compliance.
  • Represent the company in external forums, including regulators, partners, and industry bodies.

    • Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive talent development, succession planning, and organizational design to support future growth.

    • Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure robust cybersecurity, data privacy, and IT governance frameworks are in place.
  • Maintain compliance with local and international regulations, including OJK and ISO standards.

    • Innovation & Emerging Technologies

  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies that can enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.
  • Champion experimentation and agile delivery models across the organisation.

    • The Successful Applicant

    To be considered a successful applicant, you should have in-depth experience in technology, and leadership experience in managing a large team. Other experience are :

  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master''s preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior executive capacity.
  • Proven track record in leading digital transformation within global insurance , financial services, or other regulated industries.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and data strategy.
  • Experience working in regional or global environments is highly preferred.
