Job Description

• Developing and implementing supply chain strategies to clients across various industries.
• Monitoring supply chain performance metrics and proposing actionable improvements, including redesigning warehouse and logistics concepts for greenfield and / or brownfield projects.
• Analysing overall operations and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements at the client's.
• Propose and explore automation / simulation modelling at the customer's factories and warehouses.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all supply chain activities.
• Providing insights and recommendations to enhance supply chain resilience and sustainability.

The Successful Applicant

• A strong academic background in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, including successful improvement projects.
• Minimum 10+ years relevant experience in the Supply Chain & Logistics field.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing global stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate and improve supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and tools.
• Strong negotiation skills and having business development experience to contribute to winning projects.
• Good understanding of regulatory compliance in supply chain operations.
• Experience in redesigning Warehouse or DC layout and material flow including automation solution concept designs.
