Regional HRIS Manager (Oracle System)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional HRIS Manager to oversee and optimize our Oracle HRIS system across Southeast Asia (Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore). This role is critical in ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and actionable HR analytics to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on HRIS expert with strong analytical skills, project management experience, and the ability to drive process improvements. This position reports to the Regional Head of People & Service and is located in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• HRIS System Management & Data Integrity : Serve as the primary owner of the Oracle HRIS system for the SEA region, ensuring seamless operation across all countries (PH, ID, MY, HK, SG).
• Oversee data entry, validation, and cleansing to maintain 100% accuracy in employee records, organizational structures, and data inputs.
• Manage system configurations, workflows, and approval hierarchies to align with regional HR policies.
• Conduct quarterly data audits and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with local HR teams.
• Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting system errors, liaising with Oracle support or IT as needed.
• Ensure real-time data synchronization between Oracle HRIS and other integrated systems (e.g., payroll, timekeeping, performance management).
