About the Role
The main role of a Senior Business Process Improvement Analyst (Business Process Improvement Manager) is to provide an objective assessment of how well a business operates and prepare actionable initiatives to refine all aspects of the business. You need to strive to make a business’s processes easier, faster, better quality and more affordable.
- Prepare annual plans related to business process activities to build an appropriate and effective SOPs for business units that are their responsibility, so the SOPs in-line with organizational needs and strategies.
 - Coordinate with related divisions to ensure that any additions, modifications or changes to system‑procedures / workflows remain effective in supporting the smooth running of the organization’s business.
 - Controlling the socialization process of the approved new procedures and their distribution, both systemically and manually so that they are implemented effectively to all functions of the business unit for which they are responsible.
 - Review and evaluate work processes in the business units that are their responsibility and coordinate with the internal audit department to determine continuous improvements in achieving the effectiveness of synergistic work processes.
 
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any field.Have knowledge of SOP, ISO QMS, SAP, Microsoft Visio, workflow mapping tools and K3LL.At least 3 year working experience as Business Process / Management System Improvement Manager, or SOP Specialist Level in retail industry is a must.Familiar with Business Process Improvement methodologies or frameworks like Lean or Six Sigma.Excellent communicator and can work well with multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.Strong leadership and ability to adapt.Placement : Head Office Kawan Lama, West JakartaAbout Kawan Lama Group
