Associates at Strategy & Operations are typically high achievers with an Undergraduate or a Master’s degree and an exceptional academic record. Our Associate hires come from various disciplines. They will have demonstrated international experience, participation in extracurricular activities, and the energy, commitment, and drive necessary to succeed at Strategy&.

Associates support client assignments that help develop and implement strategies. This includes generating hypotheses, structuring analyses, identifying pragmatic options, developing conclusions, making strategic recommendations, and operationalizing strategies.

On projects, you might analyze costs to identify savings, build business cases, prepare presentations, conduct interviews, or research external markets. Associates also organize social activities, engage in pro bono work, and attend recruiting events.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
  • Provide feedback, collaborate effectively, and suggest improvements.
  • Handle and analyze data responsibly.
  • Follow risk management and compliance procedures.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
  • Build and maintain networks, and uphold the firm's ethics and conduct.

    • About You

  • Undergraduate or Master’s degree from a top-tier university in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer / Technology, or Business Administration. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Excellent academic achievement with a minimum GPA of 3.5 / 4.0.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with international experience preferred.
  • Creative, curious, and able to work independently and in teams.
  • Outstanding communication skills and a professional presence.
  • Additional skills in data science, technology, or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
