We're looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Consultant, Recruitment to join our growing team. You'll play a crucial role in managing and executing end-to-end recruitment projects for our diverse portfolio of clients, primarily within the dynamic tech startup sector. Key Responsibilities

• Client Management : Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their unique needs and delivering customized talent solutions.
• End-to-End Recruitment : Lead the full recruitment cycle for mid- to senior-level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
• Talent Sourcing : Utilize innovative sourcing strategies and our extensive network to identify and engage top talent in the tech and startup space.
• Project Leadership : Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices.
• Market Intelligence : Stay abreast of industry trends, market movements, and talent landscapes to provide strategic insights to both clients and the internal team.
• Business Development : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
