In this shore-based role, you'll lead the training and development of officers serving on bulk carriers. Your responsibilities will include conducting navigational briefings, simulator assessments, and onboard visits to deliver hands-on training and prepare vessels for inspections. You'll play a key role in mentoring senior officers, supporting promotion readiness, and guiding cadetship programs to ensure the next generation of crew meet the highest standards of bulk carrier operations.

Key Requirements

• Former Master Mariner at least 1 year of sailing experience in rank.
• Relevant shore-based experience covering, but not limited to, onboard training, crew development, and operational readiness for PSC / RightShip inspections
• Priority considerations for local Indonesian based in Jakarta.
