Our client, a leading educational institution located in Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta, is currently opening a vacancy for the position : BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT MANAGER

The Business Development Assistant Manager will support the Business Development Manager in planning, executing, and evaluating new business initiatives, especially related to school expansion and strategic growth. This role plays a key part in identifying and analyzing new opportunities, requiring a strong grasp of Institution's vision, market landscape, and financial outlook. The ideal candidate must be able to conduct feasibility studies, lead financial and market analyses, and contribute academic and strategic insights to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise feasibility studies related to school expansion plans.
• Collaborate with the Finance, Treasury & Accounting (FTA) team to develop financial structures and oversee fund management for new site developments.
• Partner with the Marketing team to identify target markets and assess profitability across Institution's educational services.
• Assist the Business Development Manager in building strategic partnerships, including identifying potential partners, managing the deal process, and overseeing post‑deal integration.
• Supervise financial analysis and develop financial projections to support strategic decision‑making.
• Monitor and ensure timely completion of new site development projects, aligning with the school's master planning strategy.
