Uraian TugasHandle and oversee all store administrative tasks (Logbook, Barista Apps, Inventory, and sales report recap) Ensure and maintain the store in good condition, clean, and compliant with established regulations Be active and communicative with superiors Able to develop their team Disciplined and able to be a good role model for their team Loyal and quick to adapt to various changes within the company Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements Experience in making Journal Entries (Accounting) Knowledge of Finance and Fixed Assets management Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in the hospitality or events industry is a plus Financial Management : Oversee daily accounting operations, prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian accounting standards. Tax Compliance and Reporting : Ensure timely preparation, filing, and payment of local taxes (e.g., PPh, VAT, BPJS), stay updated on tax regulations, and liaise with authorities and auditors. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, and coordinate audits to resolve discrepancies. Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency through the use of accounting software and best practices. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards). Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and experience with Tally accounting software preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively. Knowledge of digital taxation systems in Indonesia (e.g., e-Faktur, e-Bupot, Coretax, BPJS). Responsible for overseeing, shaping and growing the business Build strategic relationships with high-profile merchants and drive revenue Education mi. D3 Familiar with G - Suites Able to communicate with 'conversational' english skill Proactive and initiatives-driven Follow-up progress and impact of marketing actions ensuring targets and deadline. Develop the Marketing Strategy and Plans. Manage and control the execution of the marketing budget. Keep up to date with competitor and market trends, share the insights and adjust strategies accordingly. Monitoring expenditure and results, reviewing the effectiveness and ways to increase the success. Develop targeted branding campaigns via integrated marketing (A&P, Digital Marketing, Social Media, etc). At least Bachelor degree from reputable university Proficient in English and Microsoft Office Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skill. Able to demonstrate initiative and leadership Minimum 4 years experience as Marketing General Manager especially for consumer goods company. Operational Leadership : Lead end-to-end cargo terminal and transit warehouse operations, ensuring SLA fulfillment, compliance, process efficiency, and service quality. Gateway Development & Growth : Design and execute strategies to expand services, strengthen gateway operations, and capture new business opportunities. External Relations : Build and nurture strong, professional relationships with business partners, authorities, and customers to secure operational and business success. Financial Management : Oversee revenue, budget, and cost control to maintain profitability and sustainable growth. People Development : Coach, mentor, and manage team performance while fostering a high‑performance culture aligned with corporate values. Strategic Initiatives : Drive continuous improvement, digital transformation, and service innovation to enhance competitiveness in the logistics industry. Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in logistics / distribution, including 5+ years in senior managerial roles. Proven track record in managing cargo terminal, transit warehouse, or airport / port operations. Solid understanding of clearance processes and international cargo flow. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen with proficiency in English (oral and written).
