Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Jakarta. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying banking needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet customer requirements. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, analyzing financial information, promoting retail and commercial banking products, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. The role involves meeting performance objectives, complying with banking regulations, and contributing to the bank’s business growth strategy.
