Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of relationship managers responsible for servicing financial institution clients in the corporate banking division
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the financial institution client portfolio, including identifying new business opportunities and cross-selling products
• Oversee the team's client relationship management activities, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
• Provide guidance and support to the team in navigating complex client requirements and negotiating favorable terms
• Collaborate with other business units and support functions to deliver integrated solutions to clients
• Monitor team performance, set targets, and provide feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement
• Represent the bank in industry events and forums, building the organization's brand and reputation
