Accounting Finance Tax Ast. Mgr / Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Brevet A & B certification is a strong advantage.

Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Preferably experienced in F&B, retail, or distribution industry.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP (PSAK), tax regulations, and external audit processes.

Proficient in accounting / ERP software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, Jurnal, or equivalent).

High level of integrity.

Strong attention to detail, and analytical thinking.

Able to work under tight deadlines and manage teams effectively.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments, including operations and corporate management.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee the company’s finance, accounting, and tax functions comprehensively.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable regulations.

Monitor and control cash flow, budgeting, and both short- and long-term financial planning.

Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and payments (VAT, Income Tax, etc.) in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations.

Perform account reconciliations, transaction journal reviews, and routine internal audits.

Prepare documentation and coordinate during external audits and tax inspections.

Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business development.

Lead and develop the finance and accounting team to enhance capability and performance.
