Job Overview :

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Business to lead our business operations, incubate new products, drive revenue growth, and manage profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities. Key Responsibilities :

• Incubation of New Products :
• Identify and evaluate new product opportunities in the crypto space.
• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative blockchain-based products.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team to drive product excellence.
• Revenue Growth :
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
• Explore new business models and revenue streams to enhance profitability.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• P&L Management :
• Oversee the financial performance of the business, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

• Product Roadmap Leadership :
• Define and communicate the strategic product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market needs.
