We invite highly motivated candidates to our Valuations team to take a holistic view of value by spending time to understand your business’ dynamics, as well as industry and value drivers. We also draw on our extensive experience to apply relevant valuation methodologies, using our deep industry knowledge and innovative benchmarking tools.

What You Will Do :

• Perform valuations of businesses, investment funds' portfolios, tangible and intangible assets, and financial instruments including derivatives, equity and debt securities, for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, financial reporting, litigation support, and financial advisory
• Produce and analyze financial models and assess commercial data and assumptions which underlie financial forecasts
• Research and monitor latest valuation models and techniques to ensure that our work is in line with industry best practices
• Support business development initiatives, including the preparation of proposals
• Build and maintain client relationships before, during and after engagements
• Work closely with Partners and Managers on client management, practice and business development activities
