Uraian TugasBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail construction or fit-out projects. Familiar with construction supervision, quality control, and fit-out practices. Able to read and review technical drawings; proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail. Good coordination and communication skills. Proactive and able to work independently under tight deadlines. Willing to travel for project needs. Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin is a plus). Act as on‑site project leader to plan, execute, and complete assigned projects. Delegate tasks to execute and fully complete assigned projects. Coordinate communication with customer during all phases of the project. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good interpersonal and communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong team player and ability to multi‑task. Good spoken and written proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Willing to travel frequently. Develop the cost estimates for projects. Create and develop BoQ & AHSP. Control budgets. Evaluate vendors and conduct value engineering. Compile and manage Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for interior & MEP works. Calculate volumes for custom fit‑out (built‑in furniture, decorative panel, acoustic system, premium lighting). Create AHSP based on SNI / HSPK and premium finishing needs. Conduct market price research for materials, finishes, and MEP equipment. Perform price comparison sheets for vendor pricing. Perform cost control & variance analysis through project completion. Generate cost monitoring reports for management. Execute value engineering without compromising design quality. Coordinate with design teams, procurement, and contractors. Maintain material and vendor price database. S1 in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management. 3–5 years of experience as an Estimator / QS for interior fit‑out (hospitality / retail preferred). Master BoQ, AHSP, interior material and service pricing. Skilled with AutoCAD, Advanced Excel, and estimation software. Understand acoustic, lighting, premium finishes, built‑in furniture. Knowledge of construction cost standards (SNI AHSP / HSPK & public cost publications). Detail‑oriented, integrity high, good communication. Plus : experience in spa, bar, lounge, KTV projects. Exclusive & premium projects. Exposure to high‑end hospitality development. Opportunity to grow in a dynamic, innovative organization. Assist the Project Manager in creating a project timeline. Prepare work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials. Monitor project progress and address potential issues. Provide written and verbal project status updates. Create an update and progress report of the project. Work with multiple user groups and internal departments to establish a project program. Minimum bachelor degree in civil, mechanical or electrical engineering. At least a final semester student in a bachelor’s / master’s program, or a recent graduate. Good communication skills, including English proficiency. Good personal and interpersonal skills. An organized person and a team player. Available for a 2 to 6‑month internship program. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. Liaise with internal departments to align project requirements. Monitor and conduct regular inspections of fit‑out works, ensuring quality standards and preparing progress reports. Prepare handover documents and manage premises handover with landlords and vendors. Collect and review contractor drawings, fit‑out documentation, and material submissions. Familiar with design phases including initial design, tender drawings, and material approvals. Prepare and maintain store maintenance reports. Handle administrative tasks including quotations, invoices, and related project paperwork. Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design. At least 1 year of experience in a Fit‑Out role within a Retail Fashion Company. Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office applications. A team player who can also work independently, with flexibility to support projects on weekends if required. Open to business travel. Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive in communication. Lead & manage HSE Check & Control. Set up & Lead Documentation Management Plan. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly reports. Manage handover. S1 degree holder in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory). 5+ years experience in construction markets (mandatory).
