Accounting Staff

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Accounting Staff to support the financial operations of our mining company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, processing financial transactions, and supporting financial reporting, especially as it relates to mining activities, site operations, and cost tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate daily financial transactions , including journal entries, invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports , balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable , ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
• Track mining operation costs such as fuel, equipment, transportation, and labor.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
• Support the preparation of tax reports (e.g., VAT, PPh) and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Coordinate with operational teams and site administrators to verify transaction data.
• Assist with audits by preparing requested documents and reports.
