Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end accounting processes including journal entry, accruals, and adjustments to ensure accurate and complete financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and General Ledger) from journal entries to final closing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for internal management and external stakeholders / investors.
• Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial statements.
• Prepare the annual budget for internal purposes and investor presentation.
• Manage and prepare the company’s petty cash reports accurately and on a regular basis.
• Supervise and support the Finance & Accounting team to ensure timely month-end closing and resolution of accounting issues.
• Provide guidance on complex or non-routine accounting treatments to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Legal, HR, BD, Operations, etc.) to support smooth financial closing and accurate reporting.
• Calculate and prepare monthly business incentives for the Business Development team.
• Manage and ensure timely submission of regulatory financial reports, such as annual call center license reports to the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo).
• Support tax compliance by providing accurate financial data during tax audits and liaising with the Tax team.
• Ensure General Ledger accuracy in accordance with prevailing accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of internal SOPs to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls within the finance function.
