Overview
At PMI, we’re transforming our business to deliver a smoke-free future. This role supports tax audit and litigation processes.
Responsibilities
- Support Tax Manager in preparing, monitoring, and ensuring the readiness of documentation during tax audit and litigation process. This includes drafting response letters, conducting exposure analysis, coordinating with external consultants, and presenting defenses to tax authorities
- Collaborate with the tax operation team to ensure a smooth and efficient tax audit and litigation process
- Maintain and organize the tax audit and litigation database for easy access and reference
- Work closely with financial accounting and legal team to ensure accurate recording of audit and litigation result
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements based on learning from previous tax audit
