Delivery Management, Logistics Operations Associate (Indonesia)

Overview

This role focuses on developing partnerships with local logistics and payment players in Indonesia to drive operational improvements, growth, and enhanced end-customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the deployment of operations in Indonesia, and build partnerships with local key players in the logistics and payment industries
  • Conduct market and industry research, create operation plans to address issues and hedge risks caused by market or policy changes
  • Manage day-to-day operations, maintain a high-performance track record, and contribute to team improvement
  • Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced, and continuously improve key metrics of productivity, service quality, and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Cooperate with relevant stakeholders (local & regional teams) to launch new services

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with a project management or supply chain operation management background
  • At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in e-commerce marketplace operations

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to secure alignment
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, able to collaborate and influence stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English
