Business Development Manager (Insulation materials / Refractory) - IDR 50MIL - WFH Indonesia
Job Purpose :
- Define a 3 years business strategy for new business development in Indonesia with clear sales objectives
- Identify new, commercially advantageous business opportunities in Indonesia market
- Convert new opportunities into sales
Responsibilities
Monitor market conditions, trends and customer needs in Indonesia marketAgree and take responsibility for sales and growth targets (revenue and profit) for each assigned prospect; aim to maximize share of new prospects budgets versus competitorsContact new and existing customers to sell products, arranging meetings to demonstrate productsManage the New Business Development Pipeline (NBDP) tool, updating budgets and forecasts frequentlyDevelop a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, driving them through the five stages of opportunities / conversion (as captured in the NBDP tool)Generate new business leads e.g. by participating in trade fairs; networking; researching potential customersWrite proposals and tender responsesFollow-up on enquiries, quotations, deliveries and complaints in cooperation with customer service and quality teamProvide commercial and technical support to new / potential customersHold up-to-date customer contracts / agreementsThe above is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities required.
