Responsibilities

  • Create strategic pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing marketing potential, pricing models, and package offerings for MCN and TSP business
  • Craft monetization strategies to drive revenue growth for creators through innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for campaigns, products, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with sales, creator management, and brand teams to align strategies with business goals.
  • Analyze market dynamics, competition, and audience trends to identify growth opportunities and refine positioning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in marketing / brand strategy, ideally within the creator economy, influencer marketing, or MCN environment.
  • Strong expertise in digital campaigns, storytelling, and go-to-market execution.
  • Data-driven yet highly creative thinker, able to balance insight with innovation.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring marketing teams.
  • Prior MCN / affiliate background is a plus.
