As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in our culinary team, contributing to the creation and execution of exceptional dishes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, managing the preparation and presentation of dishes, and collaborating with the head chef to maintain high culinary standards.

Qualifications

This position is only for Indonesian.

• Minimum 2 (two) years experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxurious hotel
• Creativity and passion for culinary arts, demonstrated through a diverse and impressive culinary portfolio.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other departments.
• Specialized in Asian Cuisine.
